History
RFL Facades Limited’s history starts exactly where it finishes: on-site. Both principal directors, Marcus and Tom learnt their respective trades from being on-site through apprenticeships and training, and understand fully the basic skills required to deliver a good job – first time, on time.
Marcus progressed from site, through technical and sales roles to head up the establishment of PFT UK, one of the leading European manufacturers of conveying and mixing equipment for the construction industry.
2007 saw the inception of the RFL Facades of today when Marcus’ all-round construction knowledge was joined by Tom’s expertise and site management skills.
The company expanded rapidly based upon a solid foundation of knowledge, relationships, honesty and delivery, undertaking a wide range of large-scale contracts around the country, with many of these being repeat business based upon excellent partnering relationships.
Following 13 successful years, the directors decided to re-brand the company to RFL Facades Limited with a focus on its main activities in the South East of England, where it has been primarily operating for the last 6 years, enabling its workforce to spend more time at home and less time travelling and staying away.
Today the company is expanding its range of façade solutions and operations to ensure that RFL Facades Limited establishes itself as the specialist façade contractor for the South East of England.
